That’s right — all orders over £75 are delivered free of charge to mainland UK addresses. If your order is under £75, our standard P&P rates start from just £2.99 and never exceed £9.99* (UK Mainland Only).
We can deliver to your home, workplace, or even a relative or neighbour — whatever makes receiving your order easiest.
All of our products are handmade to order, and our current turnaround time is 2–9 days. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout so we can keep you updated on your order’s progress. If the delivery driver has difficulty locating your address, they’ll be able to contact you to ensure successful delivery first time.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our workshop, you’ll receive an email with full tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel every step of the way.
We’ve invested heavily in robust packaging materials and techniques to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
If you prefer, you’re welcome to collect from our Kent workshop — just contact us beforehand so we can confirm your order is ready. We don’t want you to travel unnecessarily.
